Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next business day. 

Shipping: Shipments are handled through Sendcloud to ensure fast and trackable delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery Times

Italy
Delivery generally takes 2–4 business days from shipment.

Europe and Rest of the World
Delivery generally takes 4–7 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on the website. 

Duties and Taxes: For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. In case of an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping costs may be charged.
